 2019 is the year that our city celebrates its 350th birthday. The Westfield 350 Committee is hard at work planning a series of activities and events for individuals and family’s to take advantage of! Community Pancake Breakfast

On Saturday morning, May 18, 2019, the Boy Scouts troops 109 and 821 of Westfield will be sponsoring a community pancake breakfast for families and individuals to kick off a full day of activities! Details to come so stay tuned!

Columbia Greenway Bike Rodeo

Children’s bike rodeo to promote bike safety.  Westfield Police cadets will help everyone learn how to feel more confident and safe while riding.  A limited number of youth-size bicycle helmets will be available for participants on a first-come, first-served basis.  The rodeo will be held in the back parking lots behind the YMCA at 67 Court St.

Run Westfield, America’s Fastest 5k

On Saturday afternoon, May 18, 2019, Westfield will be once again feature one of the top road races in the area! A certified 5k course with prize money for the top finishers promises great excitement and challenge for runners and walkers combined with a fun block party on Elm Street following the run. Evening Concert May 18 – A Tribute to the Beach Boys with The Driftwoods

What better way to kick off the summer than with a classic concert with Beach Boys music!  The Driftwoods take the stage at 7:15 PM  presented by Westfield on Weekends.  Fireworks will follow the concert.

Westfield 350th Birthday Fireworks

On Saturday evening, May 18, 2019, Westfield will celebrate its 350 birthday with children’s games, music and fireworks in the fields behind the Boys and Girls Club and the Amelia Park Children’s Museum. Westfield 350th Community Parade

On Sunday, May 19, 2019, Westfield will be celebrating its 350th birthday with a community parade from Stanley Park to the Park Square Green! We are inviting our residents, families, churches, businesses, schools, agencies, organizations, youth groups, military, veterans and anyone else to show their love of our city by getting involved and marching with bands, floats, decorated bicycles, tractors, antique cars, trucks and anything else that will add excitement to the parade!
